Client portal accounts are created by us for your company. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details on your account and for the actions of people you ask us to give portal access to.

We may suspend an account where there is a security concern, an unpaid invoice, or a breach of these terms.

Figures produced by the instant quote calculator are indicative and depend on the sizes, weights and volumes you enter. They are not a binding offer and do not reserve capacity.

The prices that apply to your account are the ones agreed with you in writing and recorded on your account, and the published pricing tiers may change.

Fulfilment, storage, transport and related services are provided on the terms of the service agreement you hold with us, which takes precedence over this page where the two differ.

Goods are handled and stored with reasonable care. You confirm that anything you send us may lawfully be stored and handled in the United Kingdom.

Invoices are issued for the services and storage you use and are payable by the method and within the period shown on the invoice.

Where an account carries agreed payment terms, those terms are recorded on your account.

Digital products are supplied for your own business use. Paid checkout is not switched on in this platform yet; anything shown as coming soon is not yet available for purchase.

We aim to keep the platform available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, for example during maintenance.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms as the platform develops, and the current version will always be this page.
